Great Folding Kitchen Knife

Post by Chastiser » Sun Nov 13, 2011 8:04 pm

just got one of these, cheap as chips but excellent quality. nice and sharp out of the box, but even better when stropped.

similar blade profile to some of the japanese kitchen knives, really excellent for veg prep. of course there is the added safety factor that the knife folds, so really safe for storage or for when not in use around the kitchen area of the campsite.

I got this to add to the stuff i take away camping, but have found we use it quite a lot already in the kitchen. used it today to cut some beef up for making biltong.
