Our 1st destination is an American airbase in south germany 300miles away, cinema bowling and shopping, stock up on some supplies.

As everyone else (who are all as jealous as me) says - have a good trip PJ
I have just been thinking about our own camping arrangements - have you ever though about putting one of those air deflectors that caravan towers use on the front roof rails?
It would be interesting to see if it made any difference to your fuel consumption.
I remember, as kids, my dad had a home made one on his Austin 1800 and swore by it until it flew off and went through the caravan window!

Travelled thru Zagreb and into Bosnia yesterday. Last night we drive up to 1000mtrs and made camp. It was 23degrees yesterday and we woke up covered in snow. Absolutely amazing!
