Yes treated myself to a new hero3 with wifi remote, took a few pics with it but it's not mounted high enough. Gonna get a screen suction mount, I've also put a mount on the bonnet.

I think I can speak for a lot of us when I say how I would love to trips like these, I've driven to Stockholm to attend a car show a few times and there is nothing better than a road trip , the downside is (as ever ) time and money, which for a lot of us is in short supply ! I love to read about other peoples exploits as often it's the nearest I will get to actually doing it.
