Battlefield Tours to France

Postby The Four Wheel Drive Club » Mon Apr 14, 2014 8:06 pm

We are thinking of organising a club battlefield tour trip to France. The tour will be organised by Battlefieldsby4x4 and we need 5 vehicles in order to make a group booking and get a substantial discount for club members.

The details of the tours are here http://battlefieldsby4x4.com

We ran a tour in previous years and they were very popular, the lanes are very easy going but the emotions and high. Here's some pics and comments viewtopic.php?f=20&t=15721

Can you register your interest below and by the poll please and if there's the demand we'll run it!

Yes! It's an incorporated association ran by Nick, Nigel (trenches and tracks) and me ;) we'd still like to offer this to club members but not at the advertised rate hence the 'group booking' ;)

Keep an eye on the website - http://www.battlefieldsby4x4.com because there will be routes for Eastern France and the Vosges mountains recced over this summer, and then the Normandy beaches aswell.
Not sure when we can fit them in beacuse the day job gets in the way!

Same experience, same people, different name ;) keeping the club separate from the battlefield tours but still offering members a deal and we can still do it as a club / group event

Should coincide it with le mans or the classic, they are one of the best motoring events in the world :)

Ditto Kirk's comment. Done this tour a couple of years ago. A well run and life changing couple of days.

I got a truck and no one's trying to kill me, its a good day.
