Isuzu 4x4

Hi guys! I'm new to this forum but have had 4x4s for over twenty years!
I've always driven landys and still own 2! I recently bought a second hand Isuzu rodeo denver which seems to be a decent wagon! The thing is I can't figure out how to put it in 4x4 without it locking the diffs! I do a lot of towing and I've found on lose surfaces she spins out at the back! I know you can select neutral but I just can't figure out how!!
Any advice would be very welcome
