Not quite all today but recently,
UJ's all changed
New rear shocks
Stainless Steel exhaust bits

And re-attached my rear mud guard.

Today the Shogun has received a full clean and clay bay. Then I machine polished it, its come up like new. For a truck with 141k, and ten years old, its stunning.

The Disco, well the NSF tyre is flat, appears I have torn the sidewall on my last adventure, and its slowly letting air out. New tyres then!

Lets go and get down and dirty!!!

Having found lots of voided bushes after Wales did one of the upgrades on my list, any excuse is a good excuse.

Love new shiny bits.

All fitted and works really well, better road handling when engaged, full articulation when not. :gr8:

Where does it bolt onto John? I fancy one of them but I don't think I've got the mounting points on my chassis.

Have to say it's very clever, almost all of the components are standard Land Rover parts or Superpro they even give you all the part numbers so you have a choice of supplier when things eventually wear out. Fitting is quite time consuming if you want to make a good job of it, took nearly six hours.

The kit includes bolt on brackets which allow fitting direct to the pre td5 chassis, in my case these are fitted to the existing roll bar mounts but you would go to the main rails, they are very helpful if you give them a ring to confirm how it should all work.

I agree Davey, funnily enough when I fitted the hub I was convinced that it would rattle in use as there is always clearance in the splines however it does'nt as there is always tension within the bar. The bar itself is a halfshaft from a Land Rover axle no wonder really that it stiffens the ride when engaged for road use.
