Do you have the medium load ones at the moment (or the heavy load ones)?

http://www.terrafirma4x4.com/products_p ... =14&grp=28

The following web site gives the detail of each type (rating and length) - i used this to determine the springs i fitted to the old Trooper (and D90 before that). So if you know what you have now, then you should be able to see if there is an equivalent but lighter load.

http://www.dingocroft.co.uk/acatalog/Te ... rings.html

I also have a table of equivalents somewhere (different makes) - will hunt for it.

Hope that helps.

Cheers Mike
Think I must have heavy load ones at the moment as they don't like even the smallest of bumps

I put some 2" terra firma medium load but and 2" blocks which has probably made them heavy load now as is fine on road but a bit bouncy on the lanes.

Found the equivalent spring rate table if you fancy going for a different manufacturer,
