a friend hey ;)

Well they are tough! look out for the usual on any vehicle I guess - they are quite wide for some of our UK lanes especially if you put bigger boots on

I nearly brought one years ago :o
just tell your "friend" to remember the chances are it's been in the uk from new as i dont think theres many imports of them like the paj's!
so depending on age check for rust.....all other things you know what to look for ;)

honestly guys clunk will be with me for a while yet , but i do like the patrols aswell. if it were for me i would be looking at the 3 ltr diesel or the 2.8. the 4.2 is a bit greedy for my liking

i will pass all info on . thanks guys :gr8: :gr8:

look out for corrosion, I looked at about 5 or 6 from 1997 through to 99 and all of them had corrosion around the rear sill area and under the plastic arch covers
