B&Q...

How are you gents doin?

Nissan Exeter actually...
I phoned them just for a laugh, and was already to spend £1100 on a flywheel elsewhere, but the guy gave me trade terms on everything required which meant in particular the Genuine Nissan Dual Mass (Exedy) flywheel was £403 +vat.
Flywheel stretch bolts are a rip-off at £9+vat each though, and seven are required!
Will replace the main output oil seal while it's all out to.
Will be great to start taking her out properly again, to places only a Patrol can go.

No nasty noises John, just diminishing clutch bite and slippage.
The current clutch and DM flywheel setup have been in since 2009. I don't want to take the chance on replacing the clutch only and the old fly wheel doesn't like it. :?
I've had the flywheel out of the box. It weighs a ton and what a piece of work.
Peace of mind for our longer trips with a good Nissan no quibble guarantee also. :gr8:

it doesnt sound like a bad price for a jap truck , ive spent £1400.00p 0n a ford mondeo clutch with dual mass flywheel.
the fly wheel alone was nearly £600 non genuine as well, they got a bit cheaper after the first replacement.
hope all is well with you davey boy :gr8:
hows the new business getting on ?

All good down here Steve.
We're refurbishing a lovely old property at the moment.
Looking at returning it to market later this year. :gr8:
Have you finished your extension?

All the best
D
